Just like salmon, tuna can be smoked hot or cold, often on oak or beech. Smoking preserves the characteristic and delicate flavor of tuna, which is wonderfully complemented by a number of recipes – in a mixed salad, risotto or as an aperitif, smoked tuna is suitable for all your desires.
