Salmon Carpaccio 200g

Carpaccio is a dish consisting of fresh, thinly sliced salmon.

Recommended recipe: olive oil, coarse salt, black pepper, chopped red onion, green onion, dill, radish slices and 5 minutes before serving add lemon juice.

Directions: Defrost. Open the package, lift the clear paper with the slice of salmon and turn it over on a flat plate, gently removing the paper. Sold frozen.
